(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information regarding information that can identify a specific individual (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") handled in the Company's business, establish a personal information protection policy as follows, construct a mechanism for protecting personal information, and promote the protection of personal information by ensuring that all employees are thoroughly aware of the importance of protecting personal information and their efforts.



1. The Company shall comply with laws, guidelines established by the government, ordinances, and other norms regarding personal information.

2. We will handle personal information only within the scope of the pre-determined purpose of use, and will not use personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use.

3. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, we will obligate the outsourcee in writing to appropriately manage personal information and conduct appropriate supervision.

4. Except when there is the consent of the individual or when based on laws and regulations, we will not provide personal information to third parties.

5. We will take measures to prevent and correct leakage, loss, destruction, tampering, etc., of personal information.
